COTABATO CITY — Bangsamoro Government’s Ministry of Health (MOH) turned over eight (8) units of ambulance to seven towns and a hospital in Lanao del Sur province on Friday, April 30, in this city.

MOH Minister Dr. Bashary Latiph said the ambulances will help address Bangsamoro people’s lack of transport to hospital that in turn will prevent the loss of lives in traumatic and critical incidences.

DAVAO CITY – The Ministry of Health of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH-BARMM) and the National Department of Health (DOH) signed the Bangsamoro region’s Universal Health Care (UHC) Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) in a ceremony held here on Monday, April 26.

MOH Minister Dr. Bashary Latiph said the IRR would pave the way for the full implementation of UHC in BARMM, and that it is reflective of the region’s uniqueness and distinctive structure.

KIDAPAWAN CITY - Sumailalim sa vaccination na ginanap sa Cotabato Provincial Hospital ngayong araw si North Cotabato Governor Nancy Catamco gamit ang Sinovac vaccine.

Nabakunahan si Governor Catamco kasabay ang ilan sa mga Chief of Offices ng probinsya at nurses mula sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) kasama ang ilang medical health frontliners mula sa Integrated Provincial Health Office o IPHO.

KORONADAL CITY - Naka-isolate na ang 17 mga kawani ng Koronadal city hall na nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Ang mga ito ay kabilang sa dalawamput anim na COVID-19 cases na naitala sa lungsod kamakalawa.

Sinabi ni Vego na nakuha ng mga COVID-19 positive ang virus sa kanilang mga opisina at tahanan.

Dahil dito, ayon kay Vego, aasahan na simula sa Lunes ay may pagbabago na ipatupad sa pagreport sa trabaho ng kanilang mga kawani ang city government. Ito ayon kay Vego ay napagusapan nila ng Human Resources and Management Office.

COTABATO CITY – The Cotabato City government has started Wednesday its vaccine rollout for senior citizens with one COVID-19 survivor as among its clients.

Among the early birds was 83-year-old Emergancia Diaz who used a wheelchair in queuing for her first anti-Covid shot. Diaz survived the killer virus when last year she tested positive of Covid-19.

Her husband, Quintin Diaz, 86, have shown symptoms of the disease but did not submit himself for swab tests but went on isolation/

MARAWI CITY --- Health workers shall administer COVID-19 jabs to hundreds of Islamic preachers and prospective pilgrims to Saudia Arabia during a three-day day vaccination program starting today, April 19.

A big number of senior citizens and health workers in Marawi City and from nearby towns got a second dose of Sinovac during a three-day vaccination drive last week facilitated by the Integrated Provincial Health Office-Lanao del Sur, the Bangsamoro health  ministry and the office of Gov. Mamintal Adiong, Jr.

GENERAL SANTOS CITY – The city government confirmed on Monday night that a returning resident is the area's first case of the B.1.1.7 coronavirus variant which was first detected in the United Kingdom (UK).

City Mayor Ronnel Rivera said in an advisory the patient is a 58-year-old male from Barangay San Isidro here who was earlier identified as among the close contacts of a coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) case in his undisclosed workplace.

"Sa lahat ng minamahal kong Koronadalenos, ikinalulungkot kong sabihin na positibo po ako sa COVID-19. Ngunit huwag kayong mag-alala sapagkat nasa maayos po akong kalagayan.

"Kinakailangan kong sundin ang proseso para na rin sa kaligtasan ng aking mga mahal sa buhay at mga kawani ng LGU-Koronadal na parati kong kasama.

"Ito ay patotoo na sa kabila ng pag-iingat, ang banta ng COVID-19 ay nariyan.
