CITY - Police Regional Office 12 (PRO 12) under the command of Regional
Director Chief Supt. Eliseo Tam Rasco has deployed again its personnel to
safeguard the upcoming Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) in North Cotabato on
February 6, 2019.

The team is
composed of 582 personnel from PRO 12 Regional Headquarter, Regional Mobile
Force Battalion, City/Provincial Mobile Force Company, alert company.The
contingents will be at their respective AORs from the period February 4-8 until
the plebiscite will be held.

COTABATO CITY – Police authorities in the SOCCSKSARGEN region have seized a total of
16 firearms during the implementation of election gun ban.

Election gun
ban relative to the coming 2019 midterm polls in May started on January 13 and
will end on June 12, this year.

Chief Supt.
Eliseo Tam Rasco, SOCCSKSARGEN police director, said of the 16 guns confiscated
by law enforcers, four guns and a grenade were seized during checkpoint
operations in North Cotabato.

KIDAPAWAN CITY - On Tuesday January 29, cvhie Supt. Eliseo Tam Rasco, police regional director for REgion 12, visited and checked the condition of the personnel of Cotabato Provincial Mobile Force Company (CPMFC) who were caught in the recent roadside bombing incident believed to be perpetrated by members of the New People’s Army (NPA).Rasco together with Senior Supt. KIDAPAWAN CITY –- The military in North Cotabato has launched manhunt against
communist rebels who set off two roadside bombs that left a police officer dead
and injured eight others on Monday night.

Colonel Erlich
Noel Paraso, the commander of the 19th Infantry Battalion, said
operation is going on in the mountains of Magpet, especially near the country’s
highest peak.

Senior
Inspector Rolando Dillera, Magpet town police chief, identified the slain
police officer as PO1 Christopher Anadon of North Cotabato police mobile force.
