Fire hits earthquake ravaged Makilala

MAKILALA, North Cotabato (Oct. 3) – A fire of still unknown origin destroyed a bakery and a drug store situated at the public market shortly before midnight Saturday.
The fire destroyed Panadero bakeshop and partly a drug store located at the exit road of Makilala public market.
Fire investigators said the fire broke out at about 10 p.m.
Senior Fire Officer 4 Derick Kinazo, Makilala fire chief, said fireout was declared at 11 p.m.
