KORONADAL CITY -- Police authorities in Gen. Santos City today announced the arrest of a man long wanted by law during implementation of arrest warrants Wednesday, police said.Supt. Romeo Galgo, Police Regional Office 12 information office chief, said elements of Police Station 7 of Gen. Santos City Police Office conducted the serving of arrest warrant against Rolando Codenera, 39, a resident of Barangay Lagao, Gen. Santos City.Galgo saidCodenera has standing warrants of arrest issued byExecutive Judge Oscar Noel Jr. of 11th Judicial Region, RTC, Justice on Wheels, for violations of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and RA 10591 for illegal possession of firearms.The court fixed the bail bond at P200,000 for RA 9165, P80,000 for RA 10591 and no bail recommended for violation of RA 9516 or the Illegal Possession of Firearms and Explosives.
