Allegations of massive corruption and other
irregularities rocked the country’s second largest religious group, the son of
its founding chair revealed in social media Friday.

Felix Nathaniel Angel” Manalo, one of the sons of
Iglesia ni Kristo (INC) executive minister Eraño, posted a video on Youtube.com
revealing that the most influential religious group has been
embroiled with massive financial anomalies since his elder brother Eddie” took
the helm in 2009.

Angel said he and his mother, along with other
ministers, were expelled by Eddie on recommendations of the INC council. His brother implemented the expulsion few
days ago.

Various media outlets quoted Angel that the
council, including his brother, have been changing Church teachings and policies.

He said during the term of Felix Y. Manalo, no
anomalies were reported. Now, the INC
is entangled with so many anomalies,” he told reporters outside the Manalo home
in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

Ang doktrina ng INC ay nasira na (The INC
doctrines had been damaged),” he added, adding that the family loved Eddie”
but he was being manipulated by a council of ministers.

Angel’s mother, Tenny” also said in the video
posted on social media that the council of ministers has been threatening them.

Among the anomalies that Angel was referring to was
the now famous Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
He said the fund contributions from INC members were used for building
the Arena instead of building INC Churches across the country.

Angel also revealed that several ministers
have been abducted and that their whereabouts remained unknown.

However, INC spokesperson Edwin
Zabala denied all the allegations of Angel and his mother.

He urged INC members nationwide to remain loyal to
Eduardo Manalo, the current head of the religious organization.INC members from the national capital region and nearby provinces gathered Thursday night for a vigil at the Manalo home in Tandang Sora, a kilometer away from the main INC church along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.Members loyal to Angel and Tenny and to the ousted ministers continue to gather at Tandang Sora.
