DATU SAUDI AMPATUAN, Maguindanao- The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) 118th base command has confiscated carnapped motorcycles and turned them over toHigh Patrol Group in Maguindanao, officials said today.Mayor Samsudin Dimaukom Al Haj of Datu Saudi Ampatuan said MILF's 118th base commander Wahid Tundok and his deputy Ustadz Abdul Maote Esmael personally handed over five motorcycles confiscated by the MILF after it entered in its area of jurisdiction in the towns of Datu Saudi, Datu Unsay, Mamasapano and Datu Shariff Saydona, all in Maguindanao.Dimaukom said these motorcycles are believed to have been stolen in different places in Maguindanao, North Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat or Cotabato City,Tundok said the vehicle were sighted entering the 118th base command area and when checked its drivers could not present documents of ownership.Those who have lost motorcycles to thieves may coordinate with the Highway Patrol Group of Maguindanao or to the Datu Saudi Ampatuan police office.
