Cotabato City kasambahay loses P35K to robbers in a jeep

COTABATO CITY - A kasambahay (house help)lost P35,000 cash to still unidentified holdupper who took her bag containing the amount while on board a passenger jeepney in Cotabato City over the weekend.Dianne Alejo, 27, residing along Ortouste Street, Barangay Rosary Heights 6, Cotabato City, told police she withdrew the amount from a bank's ATM along Japal Guiani Sr Street (formerly Makakua) and took a passenger jeep back home.While the jeep was in motion, particularly near Sero Elementary School along Sinsuat Avenue, a man sitting beside her declared hold-up and discreetly pointed a gun on Alejo's side.She said out of fear she was forced to give the bag that contained the money. The man simply disembark and fled.Police Station 2 investigators believed the suspect saw Alejo taking money from an ATM booth and tailed her until she boarded the jeep.Investigation was still on going.
