KIDAPAWAN CITY - ReelectionistNorth Cotabato Gov. Emmylou Mendoza today filed her certificates of candidacy at the Comelec-North Cotabato provincial office.Rep. Jesus Sacdalan of North Cotabato first congressional district also filed his candidacy.With Mendoza in filing COCs were candidates for provincial board.They all belonged to the rulingLiberal Party.
