COTABATO CITY - Regional Governor Mujiv Hataman of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao today filed his certificates of candidacy through a representative, Nurumbai Utto, at the Comelec-ARMM regional office along Mabini Street, Cotabato City.Utto, a high school valedictorian of Mamasapano high school, arrived at the office of Comelec-ARMM at 8:08 Thursday.Sumalipao said Hataman's COCs was complete and was officially accepted at past 8 a.m.Hataman is seeking reelection as ARMM chief executive and if elected,expressed readiness to vacate the post once the draft Bangsamoro Basic Law that will create anew political entity in Muslim Mindanao is approved.He is running under the ruling Liberal Party.
