Koronadal police arrest 2 in illegal drug buy bust operation

KORONADAL CITY – Police here arrested two suspected drug pushers during drug buy bust operations as the city intensified its campaign against illegal drug trade.Members of theSouth Cotabato Police Provincial Office – Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOTF), led by Chief Inspector Ramil Villagracia, conducted the buy bust inLantaw Marbel, Barangay Paraiso, Koronadal City. Villagracia identified the suspects asDaren Funticha and Jimmy Nalasa, both residents ofNorala, South Cotabato.Lawmen seized several sachets of suspected shabu, marked moneyand shabu paraphernaliafrom the two who did not resist arrest.Appropriate charges are being prepared against the suspects who are now detained at Koronadal Citiy lock up cell.
