Malfunctioned VCMs mar voting in South Cotabato

KORONADAL CITY – Disenfranchisement of
voters, malfunction of some Vote Counting Machines, missing names, long queue, officials
interfering in voting process marred national and local polls in South
Cotabato.

Reports gathered by Radyo Bida and Happy FM showed
that many Vote Counting Machines have malfunctioned sending voters angry.

But security officials said generally the election
in South Cotabato remained peaceful and no election related violence was
reported.
