Man hit stray bullet during Eid'l Fitr revelry dies

COTABATO CITY - A man who was hit by stray bullet during the July 17Eid'l Fitr celebration has passed away, relatives said.Rommel Arsad, resident of Purok Sibuyan, Barangay Rosary Heights Mother, was hit by stray bullet from cal. 45 pistol fired from nowhere during the welcome celebration of the end of fasting month.The victim had just arrived home from a Mosque nearby and was taking a rest in front of his home when a bullet landed on his head.He was first rushed to the Cotabato Regional Medical Center but was later transferred to Davao City due to his critical condition.

Arsad succumbed to serious head injuries.
