Base aniya sa City Ordinance No.1352 o "AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE MANDATORY USE OF STANDARD PROTECTIVE MOTORCYCLE HELMET WHILE DRIVING AND/OR RIDING, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" mas pinamura ang multa sa mga mahuhuling violators kung saan nasa P250 lang ang bayad sa first offense.
