PNPand USM student takes selfie then commits suicide

KIDAPAWAN CITY - A 19-year-old graduating female student of a state universitytook a selfie on her mobile phonebefore ending her life by hanging in a village of Carmen, North Cotabato, police report said.April Rose Jimenez was already dead when found by her parents in a family owned house in Barnagay Gen. Luna, Carmen North Cotabato over the weekend, DXND Radyo Bida reported.Police said April, 4th year student of University of Southern Mindanao (USM) in Kabacan, North Cotabato, was found by her younger sister hanging with a chair nearby and her mobile phone.In the phone, April took a selfie with a huge rope around her neck. She took the photo before hanging herself, police has theorized.The Carmen PNP is still determining what triggered the suicide or a second party was involved.
