Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Mindanao.Due to the effect of the ITCZ over Mindanao, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Soccsksargen, Davao Region and the Province of Maguindanao. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
