Rainy Mindanao this afternoon - PAGASA

MANILA -Most parts of the country will experience rainy weather due to the presence of Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).ITCZ is an area in the atmosphere where winds from the northern and southern hemisphere meet. This will bring rain showers mostly over Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol region and MIMAROPA.Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon including Metro Manila will have good weather aside from isolated rains.
