SK mayor gives bags, school supplies to pupils

COTABATO CITY- Mayor Shameen Mastura of Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao has distributedbags and school supplies to pupils of Maguindanaon Elemenary School in an effort to help public school students pursue education.Mastura stressed the importance of education as a requirement to end extreme poverty. He also urged parents not to give up providing assistance to their respective children, ensuring they attend classes and spend time in doing their home assignments.
The young local executive also ordered the repair and rehabilitation of a damaged building which was submerged by floods recently.
