Sultan Kudarat rape suspect falls, horse thief falls too

KORONADAL CITY - A man facing rape charges in Colombio, Sultan Kudarat was arrested by police operatives in Tampakan, South Cotabato Wednesday, police said today.In a report to DXOM-AM Radyo Bida Koronadal , the Tampakan PNP identified the suspect as Danilo Aves alias Danny. He was arrested by joint elements of the Crminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Sultan Kudarat, Tampakan Police and Colombio Police.

Aves, who was arrested inBarangay Liberty, Tampakan at past 9 a.m., did not resist arrest.Meanwhile, Panoy Vicente was arrested by Banga PNP after he allegedly robbed a certain Ms.Leonila of her horse in Barangay Lamba.Police Senior Inspector Senen Balayon, Banga police chief, said Leonila complained that Vicente took her horse inBarangay Tamanzang, Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat.
