Sultan Kudarat town to become free wifi zone

COTABATO CITY – Soon, major highways in Sultan Kudarat,
Maguinanao will be wifi zone, Mayor Shameen Mastura today said.

Starting September 2015, the major highways in town
will become the first in Maguindanao and in the Autonomous Region in Muslim
Mindanao (ARMM) where the public can access internet.

Everybody is in the internet, this project, locally
funded project will help and benefit the commuters, residents and pupils in
schools near the highway,” Mastura told DXMS Radyo Bida.

He said it was important to accompany education in
Sultan Kudarat with the modern technology and a wifi project will surely help
people, residents or outsiders of Sultan Kudarat.
