PIGCAWAYAN, North Cotabato -- One of the Overseas Filipino Workers who perished in a fire that hit a hotel in Iraq on Friday was from Pigcawayan, North Cotabato.Ruby Jean F. Soria has been working in a spa beside the Capitol Hotel in Kurdistan, Iraq for the past two years, her father former police officerKelly Soria of Barangay Poblacion Uno, Pigcawayan, North Cotabato.
