Alyssa Cara Gallanas is 2019 Diamond Mutya ng Cotabato

COTABATO CITY - Alyssa Cara Gallanas, candidate No. 2 is this year's Mutya ng Cotabato. She was crowned as the Diamond Mutya ng Cotabato as the city celebrates its 60th foundation anniversary today.

First runner up was Jennifer Torres, candidate No. 7 and second runner up Johanna Cual, candidate No. 3.

The coronation night was held at the Cotabato City Institute gymnasium.
