COTABATO CITY - KINILALA NI Police Station 1 Commander Police Captain Kenneth Rosales ang biktima na si Mohamed Rifard Mohamed Siddeek, 46-anyos, businessman mula Sri Lanka na kasalukuyang nakatira sa Semba SPDA, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.

Naganap ang pamamaril sa Barangay Mother Poblacion, Cotabato City bandang 1:45 ng hapon. Sinabi ni Rosales na isang hindi pa tukoy na lalaking suspek ang lumapit sa biktima at pinagbabaril ito.

Tinamaan ito sa kanyang ulo habang dalawang beses sa kanyang dibdib gamit ang caliber 45 pistol.

Kinokolekta na ngayon ng PNP Station 1 ang mga kopya ng CCTV footage na malapit sa lugar para sa mas malalimang imbestigasyon.
