MANILA -At 4and00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon sand//www.facebook.com/hashtag/rubyph #RubyPH was located at 942 km East Northeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur or 1,023 km East of Surigao City. It has a maximum winds of 175kph and gustiness of up to 210kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 25kph.
