MANILA - The National Board of Canvassers completed today canvassing of certificates of canvass in the 2016 presidential and vice presidential elections withDavao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Rep. Leni Robredo emerged as winners.Duterte (PDP-Laban) got 16.601,997 million votes, beating hisclosest rival Manuel Mar Roxas by over 6 million votes.Robredo (LP),on the other hand, had 14,418,817 million votes as against Sen. Ferdinand BongBong Marcos who had 14.155,344 million votes.As expected, the Marcos camp has questioned the results of the vice-presidential poll which it claimed had 3.2 million undervotes.
