Makilala mayorand Nobody is above the law

KIDAPAWAN CITY - Nobody is above the law. With these maxim, Mayor Rudy Caoagdan of Makilala, North Cotabato has sent a strongmessage that even if the crime offender was his son he will not hesitate to put him behind bar. Pagdating sa batas, walang pami-pamilya (In the application of the law, a family member persons inauthority is not exempted), Caoagdan told DXND Radyo Bida Kidapawan.These were the reactions of Caoagdan on reports he was favoring his son who allegedly fired his gun indiscriminately inside the family owned house. Appearing tough-talkingmayor, Caoagdan asked how can his son fire a gun when he doesn't have one? However, if proven that his son fired a gun, he will be charged accordingly, Caoagdan said without identifying his kid. It was not clear when did his son allegedly fired a gun.
