KORONADAL CITY -- A lady from South Cotabato's town of Upi captured this year's crown for the much awaited Seach for Mutya ng South Cotabato in celebration of its foundation day and Tnalak festival Sunday night.Camille M. Folio, the 18-year old beauty from the Fruit, Flower and Vegetable Basket of South Cotabato bested 14 other candidates in this year's competition held at South Cotabato Sports Complex gymnasium.
