KIDAPAWAN CITY — Nur Misuari, chair of one of the three factions of theMoro National Liberation Front (MNLF) on Sunday urged his supporters to bring Davao City Mayor Rody Duterte to Malacanang.Misuari, long wanted by government for the Zamboanga City siege, made his appeal through a mobile phone attached to a public address system during a gathering of about 500 people, mostly MNLF officials, and representatives from Indigenous Peoples, Muslims and Christians, attending the tri-people peace summit held at the JC Complex here. Misuari however talks to the participants through mobile phone attached to the loud speaker inside the conference room of the hotel. He did not disclose his exact locations however. In urging his supporters to back Dueterte, Misuari said the Davao City mayoris the last frontier of the Bangsamoro people in achieving elusive peace in Mindanao. Do not fear, give your vote to our brother Rodrigo Duterte. He is the candidate of the MNLF, he said. Organizers did not reveal Misuari's location.
