SoCot girl, 10, in a wrong place at a wrong time

CITY - A 10-year-old girl died after a freak accident occurredin Lake Sebu, South CotabatoTuesday, belated report said.Lake
Sebu PNP identified the victim as Shirley Manumba, a resident of a remote
sub-village of Dwalag, in Lamfugon, Lake Sebu town.

Police
investigation revealed thatthe victim
died after she was hit by a huge stone that fell from a cliff while playingnear their house.

Manumba
was declared dead on arrival at Lake Sebu Municipal

Hospital
due to fatal injury on her forehead and loss of blood.
