KORONADAL CITY - In South Cotabato provincial capitol, some government workers keep themselves busy all the time -either focused on their respective smart phones or into Facebook while on duty.And it did not skip notice from no less than Gov. Daisy Avance Fuentes who issued a directive asking all employees to focus more on works than on their gadgets.
