Lanzaderas, South Cotabato Provincial Warden, told DXOM-AM Radyo Bida. The new policy simply aims to maintain normalcy and order inside the jail facility which houses more than 400 inmates.Lanzaderas said inmates who have spouses but not legally married are still allowed for conjugal visit. Only after they become legally married, Lanzaderas said, adding that the jail authorities will host a Kasalang Bayan inside the jail facility next month.
