The tropical storm DUJUAN was last spotted at 1, 570km east of Northern Luzon. Packing winds of 65kph and gustiness of up to 85kph, it is expected to move west-northwest at 9kph. PAGASA says if it maintains speed and direction, it entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at 5 p.m. Wednesday.WEATHER TODAY | The southwest monsoon or hanging habagat continues to affect Visayas and Mindanao. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Visayas, Mindanao, MIMAROPA and the provinces of Cavite and Batangas. The rest of the country including Metro Manila will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.
