Mayor Guiani files COCs, his sister is his running mate

COTABATO CITY –
On Day 1 of filing of certificates of candidacy, Cotabato City re-electionist
Mayor Japal Guiani Jr and his party filed their COCs before the City Comelec
office.

Guinai’s
running mate is his sister, Lawyer Cynthia Guiani Sayadi under the National
Peoples Coalition.

Those who
filed COCs with them on the first day of election event were candidates for councilor
were reelectionists Graham Dumama, Jojo Cortez, Fred Ridao, Enggay Chua and
Abdillah Lim.

Joining them
were former Councilor Eduardo Rabago, former Cotabato Light Manager Chris
Ferolino, former city budget officer Abedin Solano, incumbent Barangay Rosary
Heights Mother Chairperson Janet Dalagan and Brgy Chairperson Hassan Biruar.

Guiani called
his team the Dream Team.”Former Cotabato City Vice Mayor Muslimin Sema is expected to file his candidacy for city mayor anytime before Friday.Sema's team is running under the ruling Liberal Party.
