KORONADAL CITY- Reelectionist Gov. Daisy Avance-Fuentes of South Cotabato today led her party, the Nationalist Peoples Coalition (NPC), in filing certificates of candidacy for next year's elections.Fuentes' running mate is South Cotabato Board Member Vic de Jesus in lieu of Lawyer Cecile Diel who opted not to seek reelection for health reasons.Lawyer Ferdinand Hernandez is running for South Cotabato's second district.NPC candidates for board members for first districtincludedEamon Matti, Romeo Tamayo,Glezel Trabado.
