Gunmen shot dead 2 men on motorbike in Pigcawayan

PIGCAWAYAN,
North Cotabato – Police here believed deep-seated personal grudge motivated the
execution of two men in the village of Kapayuran here on Tuesday afternoon.

Police
Senior Inspector Donald Cabigas, town police chief, Renato David, 40 of
Barangay Presbetero and Michael Jones, 40 of Barangay Balugo, both in
Pigcawayan, were heading for home on boar a motorbike when two men riding
tandem on separate motorbike shot them with cal. 45 pistol.

Cabigas
said the victims have no known enemies and have no police records of whatever
crime. The family also remained puzzled
since the two have not received any death threat prior to the murder.
