SULTAN KUDARAT, Maguidnanao - Major Gen. Carlito Galvez Jr, 6th Infantry Division commander, presided over Monday the turnover of command of the Army's 603rd Infantry (Persuader) Brigade in Barangay Pigcalagan here.Galvez installed Colonel Jesus B. Sarsagat as new brigade commander, replacing Colonel Earl D. Baliao.The 603rd brigade based in Barangay Pigcalagan is among the three Army brigades under the supervision of Gen. Galvez.AFter he was replaced as brigade commander, Colonel Baliao was designated by Gen.
