COTABATO CITY -- To facilitate primary line upgrading and improve power services, the Cotabato Light announces a 5-hour power service interruption, starting at 7 a.m. to 12 noon, on Sept. 25 affecting Gonzalo Javier Street and Purok Talitay in Barangay Rosary Heights 7, Cotabato City.
