NDBC COVID-19 WATCH: 3 deaths, 20 new cases, 15 recoveries in R-12

COTABATO CITY - Three persons who were tested positive of Covid-19 have died in Gen. Santos City and Kidapawan City.

Two patients, aged 79 male and 71 female, were from Kidapawan City while in Gen. Santos City was a 45-year-old female.

In a builletin released tonight, the DOH-12 said: "Overall, there are a total of 3,751 COVID-19 confirmed cases reported to DOH CHD SOCCSKSARGEN region, 288 (7.68%) are active cases, 3,326 (88.67%) recoveries and 136 (3.63%) COVID-19 related deaths.

One reported death from General Santos City, the 4694th reported confirmed case, 72 years old female. Cause of death is Cardiopulmonary arrest secondary to community acquired pneumonia high risk COVID-19 confirmed, hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus type II uncontrolled.

DOH lists 14 firecracker related injuries in Region 12

COTABATO CITY - Sa buong Soccsksargen region, labing apat katao, ang nasugatan dahil sa paputok, ayon sa Dept of health 12.

Anim sa mga ito ay taga South Cotabato, apat sa Sultan Kudarat, dalawa sa Gen. Santos City at tig-isa sa Sarangani at North Cotabato.

Lahat ng mga nasugatan ay mga lalaki na nagkakaedad ng 4 hanggang 31 taong gulang, ayon sa Regional Epidemiology Surveillance Unit ng DOH-12.

Walang iniulat na nasawi dahil sa paputok sa rehiyon.

Noong nakaraang taon, ang may 12 katao ang nasaktan dahil sa paputok.

NDBC COVID 19 WATCH: 24 new infections, 9 recoveries in Region 12 on New Year's Day

COTABATO CITY - At the start of 2021, the Department of Health in the Soccsksargen region has reported 24 new confirmed Covid 19 cases and nine patients who recovered from the disease.

Over-all, the Soccsksargen region has listed a total of 4,720 confirmed cases of Covid-19 and 329 of these are still active. There were 4,223 patients who have survived the virus and 167 were listed to have died due to Covid related diseases.

Caritas Philippines calls for Covid-19 vaccine ‘for all’

The Catholic Church’s social action arm has renewed its appeal for the government to hasten the process of vaccine selection and approval.

Bishop Jose Colin Bagaforo, Caritas Philippines’ national director, echoed the global call to make the Covid-19 vaccine “available for all”.

The bishop issued the remarks after the controversial vaccination of President Rodrigo Duterte’s security men and Cabinet officials despite the absence of an approved vaccine in the country.

NDBC COVID 19 WATCH: 2 deaths, 57 new infections, 27 recoveries in Region12

COTABATO CITY - A 47-year-old female from Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat who was tested positive of novel coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) suffered cardiac arrest and died before New Year's Day.

Another female, a 74-year-old from Cotabato City who was earlier tested positive of Covid-19 also died on Thursday, Dec. 31, the Department of Health 12 reported.

At total of 57 new infections were recorded in the Soccsksargen region while 27 have recovered from the disease.

The region now has a total of 4,696 confirmed cases with 167 fatalities.

Dalawa pang mga pasyente ang nasawi dahil sa COVID 19 ang naitala ng Department of health sa Region 12 ngayong araw.

Isa sa mga nasawi ay 66 anyos na lalaki mula Gen. Santos City at isang 84 anyos na lalaki na taga Polomolok, South, Cotabato.

Nakapagtala ng 24 na recoveries ang DOH kung kayat abot na sa 4,169 ang total recovered patients sa Rehiyon.

NDBC COVID 19 WATCH: 2 deaths, 40 recover, 26 new infections in Region12

COTABATO CITY - Forty patients of Covid-19 in REgion 12 have recovered as of Monday, Dec. 28, 2020.

The Dept of Health 12, in its Monday night bulleting, said 26 new cases were reported.

Two patients, a 74-year-old female from Gen. Santos City and 58-year-old male from Libungan, North Cotabato, have died due to Covid-19 complications.

NDBC COVID 19 WATCH: 15 new infections, 7 recover in Region 12

COTABATO CITY - Fifteen new infections of novel coronavirus disease have been recorded by the Department of Health in the Soccsksargen region as of Dec. 27, raising the total confirmed cases to 4,556 as of Sunday night.

With seven patients getting healed, the total number of patients to have recovered was at 4,105.

To date, 290 remained active and 160 have perished.

NDBC COVID 19 WATCH: 14 new cases, 15 recover in Region 12

COTABATO CITY - Fourteen new patients have been infected with the virus in Region 12, the Department of Health reported Friday night. 

And 15 confirmed cases have been healed.

With that, the region now has 4,541 confirmed cases with 4,098 hurdled the disease and 282 remained active. Soccsksargen has listed 160 fatalities.
