KORONADAL CITY - Four leaders from North Cotabato, Maguindanao and South Cotabato were among the alter-egos of President-elect Rody Duterte, Radyo Bida Koronadal reported Tuesday.During an early evening news conference in Davao City where Duterte calls Malacanang of the South, the incoming president, through his spokesperson, named hiscabinet members.Foremost among the four was incoming Agriculture Sec. Emmanuel Pinol who, after he appointment was made public, immediately embarked on Biyaheng Bukid across the archipelago.Then former South Cotabato Gov. Esmael Mike Sueno who will head the Department of Interior and Local Governments, one of the most important cabinet posts because it has direct supervision over local government units and the Philippine National Police and its attached agencies.Named Defense secretary isArmy Gen.Miguel Delfin Lorenzana, (ret) and Ricardo Halad who was named chair of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC). Lorenzana is from Banga, South Cotabato while Halad is fromParang, Maguindanao.Ex-seminarians from the Cotabato Archdiocesan Seminaryand priests of the Archdiocese of Cotabato should be proud because one of them is among Duterte's cabinet members.
