Bukas Kotse gang strikes, burglarizes cop's car

COTABATO CITY - Members of Bukas Kotse gang struck Sunday night in front of busy commercial establishment of Cotabato City and burglarized a police officer's car.Police officer (PO2) Allan Macarimbang of Maguindanao PNP was surprised how the robbery transpired at 7 p.m. when the parking area of Las Hermanas Restaurant on Sinsuat Avenuewas bustling with early evening shoppers.Macarimbang told police he parked his Hyundai EON car (AGG 1757) and entered the establishment. Minutes later, he discovered the windshield at the driver's side was broken.Further check revealed his wallet with P10,000 cash was gone, including other valuables inside his car.The last time Bukas Kotse gang burglarized a private car was near the shopping mall and government hospitalalong Sinsuat Avenue.
