MLANG, North Cotabato - The local government of Mlang and the police have released the computer generated cartographic sketch of two men who allegedly left an improvised bomb and eventually set off at the town's public market busy with rush shoppers on December 31, 2014.A P200,000 bounty for their arrest had been offered.The 3:45 p.m. bombing, the second in Mlang in 38 days, left two dead and 33 others wounded.
