Danny Taude who is facing rape charges was arrested in Surallah, South Cotabato
BANGA, South Cotabato - Police authorities arrested in Suralla, South CotabatoSaturday a man wanted for alleged rape case and Banga's most wanted man.Senior Inspector Senen Balayon, Banga police chief, identified the suspect as Danny Taude, a resident of Banga.Police Officer 3 Jun Rey Barrieta, investigator, said Taude was arrested at the town market of Surallah in an operation jointly conducted by Banga and SurallahPNP.The police agents were armed with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Roberto Tayco of Regional Trial Court Branch 26.Taude is now detained at Bangsa lock up cell.
