COTABATO CITY - Dead on arrival sa ospital ang Chief Of Operations ng Cotabato City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office na si Jose Raymond Marquez, 42 years old at residente ng syudad matapos na siya ay barilin sa Gen. Luna Street corner Sinsuat Avenue kagabi.

Sakay motorsiklo ang biktima nang pagbabarilin ng hindi pa nakikilalang salarin.

Natagpuang nakahandusay sa tapat ng Petron Gas Station sa bahagi ng Gen. Luna Street, Malibacao, Barangay Rosary Heights 4 ng lungsod.

Nagtulungan ang ilang mga tauhan ng CDRRMO, barangay tanod at bystander sa lugar para agad na isugod sa pagutan ang biktima pero hindi na ito umabot ng buhay.
