COTABATO CITY --Bomb 'victims' lie on the ground as rescue personnel responds to these 'victims' at the Cotabato City plaza during a bomb simulation drill on Thursday, July 28. The drill features a city-wide simulation of all possible scenarios in case of a bombing attack.
