ALAMADA,
North Cotabato – Unidentified gunmen shot dead a driver-owner of a luxury vehicle
along a national highway here Wednesday morning, police report said.

Inspector
Jeoffrey Todenio, police chief of Alamada, identified the victim as Andy
Ampusong Pascan, 38, temporarily residing in Barangay Rangayen but originally
from Lanao del Norte.

Todenio said
Pascan was driving his Toyota Land Cruiser (XVA-168) heading for Rangayen
village from Midsayap, North Cotabato when two men riding tandem on a motorbike
overtook and shot him three times.

Police
recovered three empty shells of cal. 45 pistol

Todenio said
Pascan’s vehicle was hired by a certain Sambahan Macayon to attend a court
