CLARK, Pampanga – President Rodrigo Duterte today publicly named police officials who are allegedly illegal drug protectors in the country.Speaking during the 69th Foundation Anniversary of the Philippine Air Force, Duterte tagged PoliceGen. Marcelo Garbo, Gen. Vicente Loot, Gen. Bernardo Diaz of Region 11 (Davao Region), Joel Pagdilao of the National Capital Region Police Office,Edgardo Tinio of Quezon City Police District (QCPD). Since today, I ordered them relieved from their post, Duterte said. I ordered them to report personally to PNP Director General Ronald Dela Rosa, he added.
