WEATHER TODAY - Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.In the next hours, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over the regions of Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
