cliff during arrest operations in a village in Bukidnon, jail officials said.
Jesus Singson,
jail warden of NCDJ, said members of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology
and the police went to a place in Bukidnon where escapee Cresler Hernandez was
hiding to re-arrest him.
Hernandez was
from Alamada, North Cotabato.
The arresting
team was led by Chief Inspector Jeoffrey Todenio, Alamada police chief.
Singson said
Hernandez jumped over a fence in his hiding place and accidentally fell into a
cliff. He sustained serious injuries and brought to the North Cotabato
provincial hospital in Barangay Amas, Kidapawan City.
On Monday

The BJMP
opened the tank but no remains was found.
