LPA now inside PH area of responsibility

At 4and00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was getting closer andestimated at 610 km East of Mindanao. An LPA develops when warm and moist air rises from the Earth’s surface.PAG-ASA said once the LPA develops into a tropical storm, it will be called Paeng. Mindanao will experience light to moderate rain showers with thunderstorm Tuesday night.
