LPA outside PAR as northeast monsoon affects Luzon

MANILA -Here are the possible scenarios of the Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside PAR, which according to PAGASA is almost stationary today.WEATHER TONIGHTand Northeast monsoon affecting Luzon.CARAGA will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will be cloudy with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated light rains.Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and from the northeast to north over Mindanao with moderate to rough seas.
