KIDAPAWAN CITY
– The provincial board of North Cotabato on Tuesday passed resolution condemning
the twin bombing incidents in Mlang and Kabacan that left four persons and
wounded about 40 others.

Authored by
Board Member Noel Baynosa, the resolution asked the Philippine Army and the
Philippine National Police for the deployment of more soldiers and police
officers in the province.

Baynosa believed
the presence of more soldiers will help prevent bombing incidents in the
province.

The second
resolution approved by the provincial council was a statement of condemnation
on the Mlang bombing incident that left three dead and 18 others wounded.

Provincial
lawmakers also expressed sympathy to relatives of those who perished.
